During the RTX event the ocurred this day on the (07), we got to see new information regarding Rooster Teeth’s webseries RWBY. This panel gave us plenty of content with announcements related to the upcoming Volume 9, new merch and even a new game set in the scenario of the 7th volume of the show.

RWBY’s Volume 9 teaser

At the panel, we got a little sneak peek at a few minutes of the first scenes from Volume 9, in which we got to see the last events that happened in Volume 8 from Ruby’s perspective, followed by her fall into the void struggling in a little fight with Neo before reaching the strange beach we saw at the end of the 8th Volume. New Merch

As this isn’t new to anyone, CRWBY also announced new RWBY merch such as a Penny themed T-shirt, Jaune’s hoodie and team RWBY’s hawaian theme cups.

A New RWBY Game

This is actually a surprise to a lot of people, a new RWBY game revealed for consoles and PC coming out in 2022.

RWBY: Arrowfell is a brand new action-platforming game developed by ArcSystemWorks and Wayforward which follows an original story around team RWBY during Volume 7 as they were sent on a mission by General Ironwood after becoming official Huntresses. The game does not have an official release date besides the fact it’s coming in 2022.
