The Wait Isn’t Over But We’re Much Closer Than Before
After months of waiting and crying online, yesterday, august 23, fans from all over the globe were blessed with the teaser trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home. Tom Holland’s has claimed in the past that this will be, “the most ambitious standalone superhero movie ever made”, and after the trailer we now understand why.https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js
Fans were quick to detect some of the hidden villains in the trailer, Jamie Foxx was the first one to have his return confirmed, but only his lightining appears on the trailer. Alfred Molina was still on the speculation zone until he spoiled his come back in a podcast, appearing at the very end of the trailer as the big surprise. Willem Dafoe has dodged talking about his return when asked about it, but in the trailer we’re able to see a pumpkin bomb just like in the Raimi Trilogy. Also with some of the Electro Scenes we can see some type of sandstorm possibly indicating Sandman’s return, and finally, in very dark but brieff scene we hear a roar indicating what might be The Lizard or maybe Venom.
Around the 30s mark, we an see what appears to be a person slamming down some pappers, which can imply the return of Charlie Cox to his remarkable role of Matt Murdock, a.k.a Daredevil, in this movie as the lawyer who will try to help Peter be proven innocent in court.
